Lost all of the high frequencies in my hearing aids. Messaged Carrie at Ford hearing thinking I needed a "calibration" like last time. Carrie replaced the mic covers and fixed the issue, but didn't have the correct color in stock. She put on different colored ones, ordered the correct ones and got them put on 3 days later. Love having Carrie at Ford Hearing Aid Service on my side!!!!
