I cannot say enough good things about this practice. I want to keep my smile, but I am very uncomfortable at the dentist . The entire staff has been overly kind to me. I recently had a procedure and have been a bit nervous about it. They have gone above and beyond with insuring all is well and accommodated my stopping in to make sure all is well after the procedure. Thank you!Ford Dental

I would literally give my family member's experience with Dr. Mayo and his staff a zero if I could. After calling them 3 times in the past couple of months regarding an abscessed tooth or my pregnant Daughter in law, who is an established patient there, we were advised we would have to pay a $100 missed appt fee from last year. She missed the appt when she was a minor and her guardian passed away. We asked if they could, out of courtesy, wave that fee, as she is on Medicaid. They would not. The office manager, Abby, is very rude. They referred me to another dentist and didn’t send my referral or most recent x-rays, which was the reason for the referral. While trying to get them the office manager, Abby, was very rude to the office I went to because she is the only one that can send xrays according to her.

These people were so good with my 16 year old, she has needed alot of work done and they are very kind, hard workers and great at what they do
