I came here a year and half ago and bought a new 2024 Mustang Ecoboost! Today I finally managed to trade it in and upgraded to a 2025 Mustang GT!! I couldn’t be more excited and happier! Shout out to Chris and Jared making this happen. Thank you so much Ford Crestview!

Agreed to a number over the phone, left work early and drove over an hour out of my way. Said my trade needs new tires and reconditioning and added on $3,500 to the number we agreed on. Not honoring what was agreed upon is scummy and horrible business.
