Came here to rent a U-Haul and had a reservation...no one showed up.....not able to get the rental.
These reviews were based from tenants which Ford County Realty was property manager for. Extremely biased teviews.We only follow owner instructions but took the brunt for their reviews.
I strongly recommend to not use any service from this agency. We have a two year lease agreement. The owners of the house is selling the property. They think they have the right to evict us from the property even though the two year lease agreement is not up. There is nothing stated in the lease agreement that they may terminate the lease at any point in time. In addition she would tell you that certain things it’s OK when really it’s not OK. Super unprofessional--speaks poorly of all of her rental tenants to other tenants. She accidentally sent a text to us speaking poorly of us because we requested things around the house be fixed. She would ignore most of our requests. We were in a 2 year lease so we couldn't just leave. We had to deal with sewage back up which was a problem known to her before we moved in yet she failed to mention it. I have been a tenant of debs for three years and have always been treated with nothing but respect and promptness when any issue arises at my home she takes care of it immediately.!
