I didn't get the guys name behind the counter, but he was totally rude and unhelpful! From the moment I spoke to him he did nothing but talk to me like I was dumb. He told me he doesn't know what bank 1 refers to on a vehicle, and that it was "tech talk". I ended up getting what I needed from autozone, and they were very nice and efficient.
