great experience! I called and spoke to Lex who helped me easily book my oil change for a time that worked for me. Mike K picked up my car from my driveway and I received text messages before he arrived, when he got to my home and when my car was safely at Ford. I was notified when my car was finished and Lex returned my car right to my driveway! Since I’m home with the kids, it couldn’t have been any easier! Great job guys!
