Do not take your vehicle to Sons in Auburn for service! My son attends Auburn, his windows and a/c controls, sensors were not working. He took it to Sons to get it diagnosed, they guessed it could be the battery, so they changed it. Charged me 352 for a battery that my local Ford dealership said cost 199. Total bill to replace a battery and a diagnostic check was 625.97. RIDICULOUSLY HIGH!!! Did not solve anything, actually made it worse, he could not turn on vehicle. Wow- Ford told us we needed a new $11,000 engine in our truck. We took it for a second opinion and a spark plug was loose. We are getting a tune up and the truck is good to go. Not sure if Ford missed it or were trying to rip us off. Be careful.

Ive been buying and driving Ford Pickups for the last 20 years.. Sons Ford is the absolute worst Ford service department I've ever dealt with. Dropped vehicle off to have the center console fixed, oil change, tire rotation, windshield replaced, and the heads up display looked at. They said it would be 3 days it took them 5 days and they didn't even look at the heads up display.
