The poor reviews here do not reflect my experience with Dr. Ford, or my children's teachers and school principal. Both of my children had a psycho-ed assessment and Dr. Ford's professionalism, insights and ability to formulate appropriate recommendations for both of my children, truly met our needs and expectations. In fact, my son's teacher told me that she was extremely impressed by Dr. Ford when she spoke to Dr. Ford on the phone (about my son).
Did not deliver on promised referrals. Report was a regurgitation of info received from long ago assessments. No solid plans for future direction, as had been promised. Paid for Ford to yap about himself half the time. Very disappointing and useless report, costing an arm and a leg.
very unprofessional, was scolded about personal unforeseen circumstance, was not explained my assessment results properly and my assessment was shortened to 15 mins was only told negative things nothing positive to help me feel like i was able to fix my learning abilities. Overall respect is key when you have a client. Will not be coming back.
