Not impressed. They will say that I didn't pay enough to redo the entire lot with all of the it recommendations. But the fact is that they sub everything out and their subs didn't do well. They didn't seal areas that they promised to (see photos). Their materials failed and came up not even a week later. The owner came out and pulled up the piece of material in the photo that I was concerned about and instead of replacing it and ensuring that it was repaired, he threw it into or dumpster. I've hauled asphalt to a lot of paving companies over the years, and out of all of them, Ford Asphalt Co is my favorite one to haul to. The employees are very professional and their work looks fantastic. If you need paving work done, I highly recommend them.

I contacted the owner about a concern I had. He took the time to respond and made me feel much better. I appreciate that so much! They also did a nice job on our street in St. Ann, looks great and the crew was very professional.

Brad at FAC took very good care of our project, even as the scope and requirements changed. The onsite crew were ALL professional and accommodating. It was a pleasure working with everybody associated with FAC and we would certainly do it again, should the need arise.

I highly recommend Ford Asphalt. They paved our gravel parking lot in a very professional matter. Looks wonderful and surface is smooth and even. They were easy to work with and gave us the lowest price for our project out of four proposals. Check them out if you have paving needs.
