Submitted my maintenance request for no hot water.Within a couple days had a new hot water heater.
Kathy at Ford Apartments/Prism Holdings LLC rented my elderly mother an apartment here and collected a deposit. After signing the lease and before she moved in, Kathy texted my mother "I don't think you're a good candidate to live here and I will gladly give you your money back. " Since then she states owner Maarten A. Kalway is refusing to refund the $633 deposit . This was done intentionally and maliciously to defraud a vulnerable elderly lady.
These apartments are filled with some very shady characters. It is managed by a property manager who is very unprofessional. I was walking by these apartment complexes and was approached by the property manager and she started screaming at me that I was trespassing and get the leave off her property. I had done nothing wrong at all I just barely walked on the gravel in front of the property. I was appalled I would avoid this place at all costs.
