I made a appointment yesterday to view a truck this afternoon. I got a message this morning that it was no longer available..no apologies. Just a raw robot message. Slap in the face, I don't care if you had other , plans message.
We got our new ride today. A 2026 Ford Maverick. Our experience was amazing and our sales person was so knowledgeable. We left there today very happy Thank you Anil Gorka for being so attentive and for getting us the best deal possible. Everyone there was friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend just stopping in and taking a test drive.
The only good staff at this place is Amanda (service) and Kathy (parts). I’ve dealt with issues with my vehicle since November and just finally got them fixed this past Friday (5 months later). Absolutely unacceptable. I’ve asked several different people to have a manager call me to express my frustration and not a single call back. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
