I brought my 2024 ranger for a replacement of the side air bags on a recall from Ford, and there was other work that was done also. I booked the appointment more than a week in advance. I got there at 8 a.m. on Tuesday. While I was there I slipped and fell on some sand they had on an wheelchair incline outside and hurt my arm and elbow pretty badly. Honestly one of the best dealership experiences I’ve ever had! Everyone at Cambrian Ford was super kind, helpful, and welcoming — from the managers to the staff, the whole team made me feel really comfortable. A special shoutout to Robert, who went above and beyond to help me through the entire process. He was patient, honest, and genuinely cared about making sure I got exactly what I needed.
