BEWARE - there seems to be no support offered by Forcite. They have an email named support@ and I have emailed 3 times with no response! Very disappointing and not what I would expect from a brand that promotes itself as the premium in smart motorcycle helmets. If you're thinking about buying one, it might be worth considering other options until this brand sorts itself out.

I bought it brand new but it only worked for few days then it won't turns on. As soon I turn it on its turns off. No customer support in the U.S.? Can any one help? I tried to call or email but no answer at all.

I'm having serious issues with both ears after wearing Forcite helmet for 3 weeks. I bought the helmet from a store, but when I got back to the shop they told me they don't deal with Forcite and there's nothing they can do about it. I contacted Forcite online support directly and they said I should deal with the store directly. Feels like both trying to avoid responsibility. Rubbish helment..nothing works properly.and feels cheaply built..stick to shoie and just get a good Bluetooth system in that..I havnt been able to even get video off my forcite..very hard to use

Edit: The helmet is still great but the company sold its investors down the river. (I love this helmet, enough to buy a second version. The service at Forcite is second to none. I mean it, they are riders too and great to deal with.)
