Overnight, the camera will not work. After spending Months trying to contact Forcite support, I have not once received a reply via multiple emails. I've spent a considerable amount of money on this, and now it's just another helmet with Bluetooth capabilities. I could have just purchased a great Cardo Systems and saved a fortune. SAVE YOUR MONEY
Awesome Helmet, quality and worth the price. Customer service….. 5 Stars. Really cool features and alerts built in. Top shelf quality. Definitely worth the wait and price tag. Will be upgrading to the new speakers as well. Update…….i wish they’d do a major overhaul of the app, terrible trying to do updates, or just anything in the app is pretty useless. Navigation, phone calls and music all work fine.
I’m kind of in the middle because I love the helmet but I’ve been trying to get into contact with Forcite for months in regards to warranty replacements. I sent an email in the start of June in which they continued to reply to me and told me everything should be shipped out within a week. After that week it has been radio silent since. I have sent other emails not attached to the original and still silent.
Forcite Helmets Design are poor.They do not fit properly and constantly taking back to adjust.Poor design in my view.Maybe GoPro can improve it with the help of heavy weight AGV
I would love to leave a positive review, really do. I mean, the helmet does look good, the promised features sounded great, because I didn't want to stick a GoPro into my existing helmets... Anyways, my intentions were great, wanted to support local Aussie business, but this helmet is really not that good, it looks but the eletronics are rubbish.
