I would love to leave a positive review, really do. I mean, the helmet does look good, the promised features sounded great, because I didn't want to stick a GoPro into my existing helmets... Absolutely no support. My battery won't charge and my calls and emails are ignored. Do not buy from this fly by night company. Very dissapointed with this Australian made crap.
EDIT: My helmet still works well but the interior components are starting to wear and Forcite have gone radio silent since being acquired by GoPro. I'm incredibly disappointed, especially as a Founder purchaser, that I will likely be forced away from Forcite once the helmet is too worn to function well and that the company has abandoned its customers. Pros: • comfortable • good sound when it works, great for calls and music but only at low speed and you can still hear • lightweight Cons: • short battery life • absolutely flakey Bluetooth, sound cuts in and out • you need to activate the app and turn the controller one every trip • LED warning lights in your peripheral vision are absolutely useless in the daylight • no camera stabiliser • you need to reformat card when full, it has stopped taping over oldest footage Support: Since they sold out to GoPro, all emails are ign... read more
