It was so refreshing to deal with a local family business who cares about their product and reputation. Joann Forcellini delivered what she promised! Same day quote given over the phone. Measurements scheduled within a few days. Installation by the end of the week with in-stock contractor grade carpet. We are very happy with the end result. God bless your family and your company!
I don't recommend this company for buying carpets. First of all they never return your call. Second, I and wife went to this store about three weeks ago and selected a carpet. The lady told me that she would call me to schedule in-house measurement. I am still waiting. I even called and left a message but no response. Why would someone be in a business with this kind of attitude.
They are horrible at returning phone calls. We got measured before covid & had to call many times for the information such as price etc. When things opened up again we went back in to the store & she couldn't find the worksheet, only our name & phone number scribbled in a notebook so we picked a sample again & waited for a call to schedule measuring.
