Great gym for the most part, amazing employees. Brutal to be paying $50/week for to be unable to work out certain hours of the day due to classes. Lifetime is cheaper…
Best class format and the owners, instructors and members are so welcoming and encouraging. Great workout, would 10/10 recommended to anyone looking to get in shape.
Everything about Force Gym is amazing. The staff are nice, friendly and truly care about everyone. The classes are an awesome atmosphere and great workout. The gym itslef has everything you need foe your workout. Highly recommend.
I absolutely love this place. I've interacted with Elliot, Issac, Ted, Riley who own/ instruct at Force and they're awesome would be an understatement. Everyone you meet at the gym during your classes are super friendly and this is just a place where you're pushed in the right direction with your form, technique etc., and it is just extremely uplifting (pun intended).
I have been training with Jenna since December 2023, and it has truly been life-changing. She took the time to create a personalized nutrition and fitness plan that fit my goals and lifestyle. Our one-on-one sessions are always challenging and motivating, and when we’re not training together, she provides me with workouts to do online, ensuring I stay consistent.
