I had A urgent message to give to the doctor due to surgery i’m having. But the dumb receptionist who has helped me along with Dr Obrowski cannot understand me or spell. I was giving her a message for the doctor to send a fax to S & P and the receptionist kept saying SNP AND I SPELLED A IS APPLE N-Nancy D-dog so many times and she fid not get it. I was reading the other reviews of Dr. Obrowsi, and I was in disbelief. I was compelled to write my own review even though I rarely write reviews for anything. Me and my family have been seeing Dr. Obrowski since the mid 1990's without an issue ever. I have found Dr. Obrowski to be very thoughtful and thorough her diagnoses. As far her front office is... I have never had a issue or a complaint.She is a wonderful doctor.

She’s a horrible doctor she diagnosed me with asthma and it was my heart I wouldn’t recommend her to my enemy the staff has always been horrible I’ve been knowing doctor Since 2005 she is a hot mess.

Unprofessional and lazy staff. I went to the Dr. Force-Obrowski because I needed a prescription for a CPAP machine. Gave them the sleep study and got a call back from a clerk on Friday saying my insurance approved it and I would get the CPAP next week. I didn't get the CPAP. I called on Friday to check in. The lady I spoke with gave me the number for Apria. I called Apria. They got the authorization but not the prescription. They called my doctor's office to request the prescription on Monday. I wouldn’t recommend this doctors office for many reasons but mainly after rescheduling appt. 8 mths previous and the doctor canceling also bc the doctor only Tuesdays and Thursday they sent a letter saying we did connect well . That same day the letter was sent my blood work had came in so wondering was that the reason they did not like the results or bc I changed an appt to much 8 mths ago was the real reason . So Dr Shelton was still my doctor for 30 days I call left 3 message to get resul

Wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone! She has been my family doctor for years and I've yet to see her for years. She's never in the office and the remaining doctors make poor diagnosis

Staff is extremely rude and when you call in to make a request, you receive nothing more than heavy sighs and attitude
