Outstanding service . Prompt. Great drivers. Safe. Very respectful and professional. Dispatchers are extremely helpful and call to confirm even on Sundays. I utilize their service through the VA Special Transportation to come get me from Gladewater for my many VA and VA referral appts that I have in the surrounding towns. They are very Veteran friendly.
My Plus Dad had an appointment at the VA today for 2pm. His pickup time was at Noon. He was picked up after 12:30p and the VA has been calling looking for him. This is not the first time but after today this will be the last. It will be reported just like the last few times. This is ridiculous!!!!!!!!
Great company for transportation transport in a timely manner and have great communication the staff workers are wonderful !
Very dependable, their drivers are very. Courteous. And caring.Always willing to help you.
