Wow. We rarely drop the ball but we hit an all time low with Cherry. We do require proof or certification for fills. If you don't have your card it usually is not a problem. We can access the Certification Agency's data base via the internet and verify the qualification. If they don't have the diver's certification on file, we can't fill the tank. Outstanding customer service and knowledgeable staff. They will always "go the extra mile".
Great people and great connections with local boats. I've dives with them almost 10 dives now and they took great care of us. Will definitely dive with them again.
