Cathy recently went to great lengths to assist me with locating a gift certificate that I lost. She really went above and beyond to fix a problem that was honestly entirely my fault. She did so in the name of customer service in hopes of earning my trust and loyalty as a customer/ diver. She succeeded. Great store, great people.
Force E is my favorite place in Boca. Staff is professional knowledgeable and friendly. Great selections and fair prices
Bill was a fantastic instructor! We had so much fun learning about scuba and trying it out. Bill really came through for us when the weather wasn't so great and still showed us a great spot to dive. Will definitely be coming back!
