Tim is a very good mechanic, and an even better person. I've gotten to know him outside of his auto shop and he is a man of character who adores his family. My family uses Force Automotive for our car repairs and maintenance.
I was going to take my family to Mesquite. My brakes had been acting funny. So I went to see Tim at Force. He took care of us with great work and customer service. As we traveled from Syracuse to mesquite we had ice and snow on the road. A car maybe 20 feet in front of us spun out across I-15. Our brakes reacted as they should have and we were safe. Tim has definetly worked out with me on my vehicle! Had a heater that wasnt working. He fixed it for super cheap, where another place was charging me an insane amount of money. Affordable price! Super fast and awesome comunication with the customer! Highly recommend. Definetly gained our business!!
My mother had her Acadia towed to Tim's after it over heated and it didn't take him long at all to see it needed a new water pump. Tim gave my mother a very reasonable estimate for the repair and she agreed to have him fix it. Later that day Tim called and informed my mother there was a manufacturer recall on the water pump and that the dealership can do it for free. If that isn't honest business I don't know what is. Tim helped me with my transmission at force, not only was it great pricing but had it done within 3 days, had a very slight issue a couple weeks later and he backed his warranty no questions asked. Great place to work with.
Force Automotive is the best around. Tim does quality work at a very competitive price. Not only does he continue to save me money, but he has literally worked late and on weekends for my "urgent" repairs. He goes out of his way to provide excellent customer service and accommodate his customers. Highly recommend this business!
