My husband and I applied for an apartment Kevin has listen on Zillow less than 24 hours ago. My husband sent off the application fee at around 10am this morning after speaking with him late the previous night about his property. After we sent a $150 “non refundable application fee” he wrote us back at 7:30pm the same day claiming he couldn’t rent to us because a friend of his suddenly needed a place to live, but kept our $150 application fee.
