I had an appointment on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at 10:30 AM for an open recall and oil change. “Reg” specifically accommodated me and advised that my vehicle would be ready for pickup between 1:30–2:00 PM. Unfortunately, I did not receive any updates by that time and had to call at 2:15 PM to follow up. I would have expected proactive communication at least an hour before the promised pickup window.
