Hello I know Aspen very well and can attest to the fact that she is extremely knowledgeable and proficient in the world of therapy. She’s helped me massively find stability and peace in the midst of some of the hardest times in my life I.e. when my dad was going through a major health crisis and when my mother went through a major emotional crisis. She has a big heart and is very dedicated to helping those who struggle with addiction and negative life patterns :)
