I replaced 12 windows with this company because i knew the owner. Within 3 months i couldnt open 4 of them because they would not stay up. I have reached out to this company over 5 times and 4 years later and still nothing. I am surprised how they treated me. I cant reccomend this company because they do not back up the workmanship or the product they sell. Guess if i had bought the expensive windows they would have been repaired by now. Do not use this company they dont respond or fix issues.

I was not happy overall with the how the estimate was handled. I was interested in replacing all of the siding and windows on my rancher. While I was shown some choices for the siding and shutters, I was never shown any window options whatsoever. There was also no discussion about warranties or possible financing arrangements. I had planned to pay cash, if I could, but given the fact that I had no idea how much it would cost, a discussion of financing possibilities would have been appropriate.
