The Palm Beach Garden mall is a slum. Nordstrom’s is filthy and deteriorating. P F Chang and the Italian restaurant outside have mold inside and have not been remodeled in years. With the socio economic demographics of the vicinity of this mall it should warrant a much better mall. Maybe like the Short Hills New Jersey mall or Bellevue Washington mall.
