The sale of a property is a complex process, and compounded when that property is waterfront. Ours was no exception. Patrick went above and beyond to help handle the myriad of details, and even help with the move. All was done with a very positive, supportive approach. “How can we help” was often heard during this process which moved smoothly and quickly. I met Patrick when I was selling my condo at Cranberry Knoll. He was wonderful and got me a price which was substantially more than I hoped!
