People are generally friendly. Was disappointed today , picked up “topsoil” for $40 a yard and got home to find the pile was wet clumpy clay. Returned it and was charged $35 to dump the $40 worth of clay. Did so in a pile of muddy water ruining my shoes and then paid $80 for different soil. Wasn’t expecting much but perhaps returning my money for the topsoil or waiving the disposal fee would have left a better taste in my mouth. Still a good company and enjoy going there but was disappointed in today for sure
