Office does not answer the phone or respond to voice messages, have tried 10+ times in the past week to no avail.
Summary: Super unprofessional office. Do not waste your time. If it seems like there is nice availability there is a reason. Visit was ok. Didn't seem like all the tests that are necessary for a primary care appointment for the first time in years were done. However, I just wanted to run some blood tests. Doctor took my blood and urine, and told me I would get results on the web portal in a couple days. After a few days I still hadn't received my results. Avoid! I got bloods taken as part of my annual screening and requested testosterone levels be tested. Blood results came back and presented in a way I can’t view on an online health tracker portal. No testosterone results. I was told prior that it was covered by my insurance but then after my visit I was told it wasn’t, and I had to pay. The receipt I was provided doesn’t have the insurance codes per treatment so my insurance provider won’t accept the receipt for reimbursement.
