Fantastic, old-fashioned personal service in a modern shop filled with a great selection of frames! Jennifer Williams and her staff are simply incredible; I wouldn't trust my eyes to anyone else. I recently got progressive lenses in cutting edge Kate Spade frames, and couldn't be happier. Jennifer always goes that extra mile to accommodate her clients' needs and wants. Don't know who the last review was about, but it certainly wasn't For Your Eyes Only. While there may be doctors in the same building, For Your Eyes Only is an optical shop and not an eye doctor. Also, anyone can see just by walking in the door that For Your Eyes Only is NOT! "old and run down". My wife is hard to fit and we started going to For Your Eyes Only after she had two other shops try and fail to get her glasses correct. The office looks old and kind of run down. Kind of an unusual place. The doctor took my insurance but wouldn't honor it for my glasses.
Excellent! – I've never "reviewed" any business, but I signed up for a Citysearch account to give a much-deserved thumbs up to For Your Eyes Only. My elderly father lives in a senior center nearby, and had a problem with his eyeglasses. One of the small plastic filaments that holds the lens in place had broken. Given that he has dementia, this was confusing and very worrying to him. It turns out that fortunately, FYEO is open for half a day on Saturday, so I took his glasses there. BEST PLACE TO GO – I am a very picky person, and it takes me a long time to decide on eyeglass frames. Rick was incredibly patient at helping me pick them out, had a great eye about what looked best on my face, and the selection was excellent. Jennifer was also amazing - she gave opinions when asked, and was very knowledgeable. Excellent Eye Care! I have been a patient at For Your Eyes Only for a few years now. I really liked both Drs. Salters - and hope that the great service that they offered has continued with the new doctor working at the office.
If you live in Raleigh, it's For Your Eyes Only – An excellent staff. Jennifer and Rick were patient and very helpful in choosing and aquiring the latest Silhouette frame, which i happen to like and were not in the store yet. They scouted the internet with me for images and information; i feel great about my purchase and am excited. Thank you!
