My day was totally ruined, we paid over $800 for 6 of us to do a wine tour, literally the only thing supplied was a van and a driver. Whilst yes the driver was fantastic, we were over promised and horrible under provided. We were promised a magical limo experience with “free wine tastings due to company connections” and we got total opposite. This tour operator is a joke!! Booked a limo tour... it was a van that tuned up...their rationale, it’s registered as limo... their website says the wine tastings are included in cost... We had to pay for every wine tasting... I requested at least a reimbursement on the tastings and was told that not in 15 year had they ever had such a request. I suspect that in their 15 years of operating they’re used to ripping off international tourist and don’t actually deal with Adelaide locals. My partner and I are Travel agents and ne... read more
