This company has professionalism and their priorities right and that's hard to find these days in Myrtle Beach. I called and got an actual person to answer the phone. He answered my questions and had my lots appraisal on the books for 3 business days later. My appraisal was in my email inbox 4 business days from my initial call. The price is very reasonable and I couldn't be happier. Thank you all so much!
The gentleman that came to the house was friendly, informative, and on time. We shook hands he asked me to fill him on thecage of the roof, AC unit, ect. He completed inspection in about to 40 minutes. It was a great experience with no real problems. If you have a choice for the appraiser I recommend for what it worth.
