Amazing service all round. Took my hybrid bike in, been having issues with the gears for months. Service was friendly, quick and now my bike is running super smooth! Thank you! Instead of replacing everything it could have been they helped align/fix up the issue for 1/8th of the cost. Seem genuinely interested in helping me understand the bike and get the most out of it.
I’m blown away by how good the customer service is at FTR. So grateful for the quick and friendly support from all FTR staff.
I booked a service with these guys and detailed a problem with my bike. They went out of their way to phone me and talk me through the problem and got me to bring the bike in to the store. The service guys quickly and happily took the bike in, pulled it apart and spent way more time then I expected. Great customer service guys and I’ll be a repeat customer for sure. Highly recommended !
