We had such a great experience here! My toddler got his first (REAL) curly cut, and I honestly couldn't be happier with how it turned out. The stylist was so sweet, patient, and great with him, which made the whole appointment feel easy and stress-free. They really knew how to work with curly hair and gave my son an actual shape while keeping his curls intact. The curls have so much more definition now, and the haircut looks amazing. I don’t have to worry about bad karma. But why get into details if you’re going to make excuses about it and blame the customer.You NEVER take accountability for anything. I tried you twice. You talk a good talk but don’t walk the walk. and no one should have to sit in your salon for almost 6 hours while you take eight other customers. If i got into all the details, I would run out of space. Suffice it to say that your customer service is bad, and I had to wait 2 years to grow out my bleached hair which turned green. Love my new hair cut. Made me feel so confident and pretty. I will be coming back here for my trims. The atmosphere was so nice too and I loved being there. Taught me so mucb about my curly hair that I didnt know before.
