Had a visit today with my fancy rat Rosie. The staff was super friendly and she was treated so very well and promptly! This is the best I have seen her in about a week! I highly recommend this facility!
I brought a squirrel in a few months ago that had been hit by a car in my neighborhood (quite a long distance from me, but I would have driven as far as I had to to get the little guy help). Broke my heart seeing him hurt. Talked to him all the way there, telling him to hang on. Every staff member I talked to was so incredibly caring, and they saved the little guy's life! :-) They also never once conveyed any annoyance with me constantly calling to check on him.
