Our dog stayed there for 4 nights and we asked them to trim his nails. When I went to pick him up they had yet to trim his nails and apparently did a rush job. They quickly walked him out to my truck and I loaded him up. When I got home I found a puddle of blood on my floor board and on my back seat. Two of his nails, one front and one rear on his left side were bleeding and we couldn’t get them to stop. He currently has his two paws wrapped up to hopefully end the bleeding. Completely unacceptable!!!!

You are always welcome to have your parties as you wish, we try to be very accommodating. We have had individual parties in the past but when things are out of ordinary we always confirm confirm confirm so that you are getting what you need. We did not mean to push, just wanted to be clear on what he was getting where it was different than normal. We are very sorry you had a bad experience and apologize for the medical issue interfering. Hopefully Archie had a good birthday anyway and got lots of love and cake!
