A wonderful optometrist!! I called this clinic less than 2 hours before close with some concerning eye symptoms and she squeezed me in! Every other clinic was offering next day or few day away appointments. The dr actually extended her day to get me in once hearing my symptoms! The Dr was lovely and so kind and patient in explaining the treatment plan with me. I am so thankful this Dr took me seriously and got me in ASAP! I would like to share feedback regarding my recent experience with one of your Indian Punjabi receptionists. Unfortunately, the interaction was quite disappointing due to her unprofessional behaviour and lack of courtesy. During the appointment process, the receptionist chose to speak only in English, even though the client was clearly more comfortable communicating in Punjabi. Highly recommend FOR EYES if anyone wants an eye check-up. Staff and doctor both are friendly and professional. Doctor took a good time to explain everything properly. I am happy with the service they gave. Liked the environment as well.
