I have been trying to get my glasses for about 6 weeks. The Broadview Illinois store dies not return my calls and has no idea hiw to fix this issue. The manager says it's a corporate thing, but the corporation does not return emails and their mailbox is full. Very frustrated! Can anyone helo?

I am 79 yrs old and couldn’t wait to get my new glasses, as insurance would now pay. As My last glasses were from For Eyes, and was very pleased with their customer service, etc. I also have referred quite a few people, I have live here 52 yrs. and owned 2 business. RecommendedAmazing staff and Optometrist at this location...even with all the safety precautions and having to wear a mask my eye exam went smooth and I was literally in & out in about 30 minutes. Definitely recommend For Eyes, especially if you work for Ford. They accept our vision insurance and are very professional!
they bait and switch my stepson has state insurance and I was told that it covers his exam and glasses and still had to pay 157.00 DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

My first experience with them was awesome. Great care was taken to give great service and quality product. I left there happy and seeing the world with great clarity, pun intended. The next visit was to get a new prescription for glasses and contact lens for the first time. Glasses were made fine but after several tries to get the right contact strength, they sent me away with basically useless contacts.
