Great staff and customer service. They are up front about costs and compared my insurance vs sales to make sure I was spending the least amount. The staff have provided excellent suggestions on frames for me over the years as well. I have purchased glasses and sunglasses from them over the years and will continue to suggest.

I've been waiting for almost a month to get my glasses. The worse place I ever had to deal with.. bad costumer service and they don't seem to know what they are doing. They asked for 10 business days , I ordered them on the 03/08. Somehow they managed to break my frame

I had bought some glasses there a couple of years ago because I was tired of spending $500.00 or so at brand "L". The people there were knowledgeable, friendly and made a stressful situation, for me, a lot more comfortable. I have issues with making decisions. It turned out that they were a couple hundred dollars lesser expensive. I went in the other day because the pads of my glasses had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. They replaced them quickly and at no cost. I will never, ever go to Lenscrafters® again.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. After being a long time customer (since 2002 to be exact!) I came back this time around for glasses. I brought my prescription in. I was having a really hard time picking out frames and the gentleman working there really helped me stay within my budget. After picking up my glasses, I was having a hard time seeing. I brought them back and they worked their "For Eyes Magic" and did something to the lenses and I can see! This is why you will always have me as a long time customer, For Eyes... read more
