I had an appointment on April 11th at 10:00am && I showed up at 9:51am the door was locked && the eye Dr who worked that time wanted me to wait outside without zero communication on his end just him either motioning telling me “no” or to “wait” I then knocked on the the door && said I had an appointment at 10:00am he look at his watch basically telling me it wasn’t time yet, I’m not sure why he didn’t open the door but I just decided to leave. From getting an eye exam with Dr Hussain and my wife and children getting an exam with Dr khan all I can say is phenomenal experience. Ana the tech was so sweet, professional and made me feel very comfortable. I was impressed with Melissa her patience and knowledge are unmatched. from the visit to the sale, then from picking up my frames, it was very busy each and every time, and Melissa handled everything like a boss!!! talk about multitasking. She attended everyone, no one walked. I highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!!

This doctors and staff at For Eyes Evanston office are dysfunctional, incompetent and unprofessional. In August 2024, I went to get an eye exam. I was charged for an eye exam by Dr. Khan, given a prescription, which I used to get glasses made at the same office. The glasses prescription was completely wrong and the glasses gave me nausea and headache. I went back for a recheck and was told by Dr. Hussain that indeed Dr. Khan had messed up the eye exam and that the prescription I was given was wrong. Dr. Hussain gave me a new... read more
