I've always had great service at For Eyes. Today Theresa was awesome. I went in with my broken glasses (frame) that I purchased there a while back (out of warranty from the mfg) and she came to my rescue. She walked around the store and found 3 pairs of glasses that my lenses popped right in to! Lucky for me, one of the frames was almost identical in appearance to the ones I had broken! This was my first time and I absolutely loved the doctor. He brought to my attention things that the Wheaton eye clinic didn't tell me about my daughters eyes. The office staff is friendly and helpful.
The online scheduling doesn't work, they misrepresent their available hours on their website, their reception is either unfriendly or makes mistakes that will cost you the time of both the phone calls and the time spent attending an appointment that was never rescheduled as promised. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt even though I felt they were subpar because they were covered under my insurance and nearby, but will not give them any more chances. Many other options in the area.
