Extremely disappointed. We came in and placed an order for new glasses for our daughter (whom's glasses had broken) on January 19, 2019. We were told it will take 7 business days, 10 being the latest. I received a phone call on the 10th business day saying there was a back order and the lab was waiting on the frames...THE 10TH DAY.
