Not up to snuff – I'm sad to say this, but after an extended and unpleasant experience, I am now seeking a new place to get my glasses. Because I've been going to For Eyes for, oh, fifteen or twenty years now, I put up with a lot of bad service in the last few years, thinking each time must be a fluke. There have been repeated encounters with staff who are incompetent, rude or both.
