RecommendedWe just had home efficiency work done by For Energy. This work included Aeroseal (air ducts sealant), fiber glass insulation which increased our R factor from 5 to 44, attic seal which seals our can lights and rehangs the air ducts for better air flow, added a new return grill which increases our air flow.
