The staff at the front desk and support staff were very polite and friendly. However, Dr. Reddy ( Prasanna Saireddy) who treated my daughter was terrible. Her behavior was egregious and unethical. She arrived to the office late (even though she knew she had an 8:00 appointment). She was inpatient and insensitive to my daughter, she forcefully moved her head ( I hope the camera in that room records and not just for surveillance) so the manager and her colleagues can review this.
