Background: I am 5' 1" female, have a short reach, and have never enjoyed a bicycle that I was comfortable on. We're talking back spasms, knee pain, etc,. To be blunt, I'm sort of built like a troll. Neal fitted me with a Open Wide. I no longer feel like I'm going to launch over the handlebars or experience back spasms. Shorter cranks have been fitted to minimize knee pain (had a partial knee replacement due to years of running). I feel more secure riding on gravel and along roadsides with dirt and potholes I can't avoid due... read more

Neal is one of the best bike fitters in the Seattle area. I went to a few bike fitters to figure out my cramping issue. His thoroughness was amazing....it improved my bike time in 70.3's by 30 minutes!! One of the best and I would recommend him to anyone.

Neal resolved some long standing issues with my bike fit that was causing my discomfort on and off the bike. Been able to increase training volume and intensity without disruptions post-fit.

When my wife got a new bicycle I tried adjusting it to relieve pressure on her hands, but this only led to oddly configured bars and saddle, an asso... read more

Neal built a custom mountain bike for me, and the experience was great all around. He's a physical therapist that works with athletes, so I feel like the fit is more spot on than what you'd get from a typical shop. He was really helpful walking me through various options for components so I could make the best decisions on what to invest in. And he's really resourceful: my bike was built during the pandemic when it was hard to find parts, but Neal made it happen somehow, and took time after delivering it to check make sure I... read more
