My right ankle feels a lot better. Less pain and tightness
I would highly recommend the footwork clinic for anyone with foot pain or desiring to improve the functioning of their feet. Mark has helped me to eliminate my foot pain and improve the strength, flexibility and mobility of my feet and toes. This has improved my quality of life and ability to pursue hobbies. This is not just your run of the mill podiatrist who gives you some orthotics and sends you on your way. I have a personalised rehabilitation plan, and exercise and stretches to improve my foot health.
Being an active person all my life, I found my feet could at times be in pain. I had some nerve pain from Morton neuroma in my left foot as well as slight bunions and some arthritis in both feet. The footwork clinic at Chatswood offers a friendly and knowledgeable services. When I first visited the clinic, my foot pain was very severe. After many months of treatment I notice the pain has improved overtime. Mark provides a thorough assessment and treatment plans to assist with my daily life.
