I would highly recommend the footwork clinic for anyone with foot pain or desiring to improve the functioning of their feet. Mark has helped me to eliminate my foot pain and improve the strength, flexibility and mobility of my feet and toes. This has improved my quality of life and ability to pursue hobbies. This is not just your run of the mill podiatrist who gives you some orthotics and sends you on your way. I have a personalised rehabilitation plan, and exercise and stretches to improve my foot health.
