Very POOR service! The worst service I ever had! This is not based on one bad experience. I have been going to Footprints on & off for years. I keep going back hoping service is going to get better but it's consistently bad. The Hostess' are clueless & most have bad attitudes. Extremely long wait times. The drinks are ok but the food quality has suffered since they lost their best cook some time ago. It's usually over crowded & somewhat uncomfortable.
