We waited so long for our food & drinks when the food finally came it was great but service was horrible the waiting time should not be that long
What I can say is that the food was great but service was horrible. #Poor!! It's ironic that 2yrs ago I came here and the service was the same. Maybe next time I'll take my food to go. #IJS!
The service was terrible, about an hour wait, and another hour for your food to come out. On top of that my appetizer was cold!!!
Rasta Pasta with oxtails was good, not too much gravy on oxtails though.
Footprints in Coney Island SUCKS. My sister's cod fish fritters had a piece of hard plastic in it. My friends Rasta Pasta was cold and dry, the noodles were under cooked. My Rum Punch didn't taste like anything...NEVER AGAIN
Not sure if was an off day, but the service was horrible. I know lots of wait staff don't write things down, but if you're not going to remember what people ordered then take to pen & paper. The table next to ours received the same lack of service & another group decided to leave. The person I was with got their drink order but she forgot mine. The food was less than stellar. I just left from the Coney island location restaurant very disappointed in the food and service. Tory our waiter was unprofessional and overcharged our bill. To top it off Tory the waiter, after we got our food, never came back to ask if we needed more water or anything else. The Rasta Pasta was watery and on the bland side. I would never eat here again. This location should be ashamed of themselves. Footprints on Clarendon Avenue is so much better.
