I ordered appetizers to be delivered. I was excited about the food until I tasted it. The honey garlic wings and shrimp was not fresh. It had a funny taste. At each bite kept spitting it out. It was definitely chicken that was cooked earlier. It was rubbery and hard to bite into. The honey garlic shrimp was so tight and rubbery. that was cooked earlier in the day. The codfish cakes were so heavy and salty. Codfish cakes are supposed to be light an airy. Never again. lost my support.

we were a party of 5 so we needed a big table. they told us it's an hour seating for the ppl at the table now. we waited while others were getting seated. finally I asked about our table cause now its 2hours shouldn't the ppl get up now. this lady had the nerve to say they are friends of the owner so they can stay at the table. after we waited all this time. never again and your food fell off it was not good

Food and drinks are great.
Customer service sucks me and my son called before we came out when we got there the lady at the front said no more siting people then there security was out front talking and raping to a lady her Uber order were all jacked up but people always yelling support black business well I say it’s way to many black people working there they need to mix it up cause it’s not working out for you black ppl when rite up the block to Nathan and ate good just a few Mexican getting down and the customer service was great
good food great brought jerk chicken w/rice and beans taste great brought shrimp and chicken RASTA PASTA FOOD WAS GREAT
DO NOT EAT HERE!! Footprints used to be one of the top West Indian food places in NYC. Not anymore. ALERT ALERT 🚨 ‼️ DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME‼️ As a local whose gone there when there were no other available options trust me when I tell you the service is horrible and the food is not Ike it used to be.
