I have been a colleague of Anna Deming at Footprint, LLC in Jersey City for some time and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring therapist. Anna is very experienced in both individual therapy for children and adults and couples counseling. I greatly admire her calm, empathetic manner and her supportive approach to therapy.
I've been to therapy in a few different areas but I really appreciated how easy it was to find a good fit at footprint since they offer the free phone consultations with different therapists until you find the right one, so a huge time saver. The receptionist (I think her name is Sarah?) was super helpful explaining how scheduling & billing work and made sure to actually understand what I was looking for & needed before giving me options, so again a huge plus. Really like the atmosphere/vibe here.
I have known Footprint New Jersey for several years. I have always been amazed at how much the practice values professional knowledge and skillful conduct.
