Footprint is honestly amazing, I don't know where I would be without them. the space is really nice, doesn't feel medical like some of the other places I've visited, and my therapist helped me through a really hard time. I was debating posting this review because it feels a little to personal, but I felt they deserved the love.
I've tried telehealth therapy before through Betterhelp, but it doesn't even begin to compare to coming in person at Footprint. I've been meeting with my therapist now for a little over a year and she has literally changed my life, I am barely the person I was a year ago and I am so grateful for that. my therapist specifically has a lot of experience (not sure about the others) and also she took my insurance (which were the things I was looking for when I was shopping for a therapist) also the space is really nice and I like... read more
Footprint NJ has been a game-changer for me. The office feels warm and welcoming, not like a typical therapy clinic, which instantly put me at ease. My therapist was incredibly supportive during a tough period, helping me navigate things I didn’t think I could handle. I almost didn’t write this because it feels so personal, but I can’t recommend them enough—they truly deserve the praise!
We went to Footprint for an evaluation for our daughter, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. The team was so kind and made the whole process stress-free. Our daughter, who usually gets anxious during appointments, felt comfortable and even enjoyed herself. The follow-up recommendations were clear and practical, and we’ve already seen positive changes. So thankful for this place!
Lovely Offices. That’s where the positives end for me. Out of decency and an ongoing investigation into the therapist involved, I won’t name names. My experience with some of the people employed at Footprint has been that they’re some of the most unethical people I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with. In my opinion the therapist involved should not be allowed near children again because of multiple ethical reasons.
