The Mandatory tip of $15 turned me off the last time I went.
The guy stole my money out of my pocket. He forced us to pay the tip which is almost the amount we paid for the massage, when I tried explaining that a tip is something that a person gives out of appreciation, you can't demand it. When I requested change he took the money and put it into his pocket refusing to give me back change.
